Material introduction
The following materials are available from Xinzhe for both our custom and standard metal stampings:
Steel: Common CRS steels, such as 1008, 1010, or 1018, are all-purpose materials that work well for cold forming.
Steel made of stainless steel: 301, 304, and 316/316L. While 304 stainless steel performs better and resists corrosion at higher temperatures, 301 stainless steel possesses exceptional tensile strength. Of the three, 316/316L steel has the strongest resistance to corrosion, but it also costs more.
Copper: this includes C110, an easily formable and potent conductor.
Brass 260 (70/30) and 230 (85/15) are very formable and resistant to corrosion. Red brass and yellow brass are other names for these brass alloys.
Aluminum alloy: 1050, 2011, 2014, 3105, 6063 and other aluminum alloy products suitable for various fields.
