Anodizing process

Pre-processing:
1. Cleaning treatment: Carry out alkali cleaning and pickling treatment on the stainless steel surface to remove surface oil stains, oxide films and any impurities.
2. Pretreatment: According to the different requirements and needs of stainless steel, passivation agent or other special coatings are applied after cleaning to improve the corrosion resistance and gloss of stainless steel.

Electrolytic cell treatment:
1. Electrolyte solution: Choose different electrolytes according to different requirements and application fields.
2. Electrolytic cell parameters: including current density, voltage, temperature, etc., should be adjusted according to specific conditions.
3. Oxidation treatment: Carry out cathode and anode reactions in the electrolyte to form an oxide layer on the surface of stainless steel. Its thickness and color can be adjusted as needed.
4. Sealing: In order to prevent the oxide layer from falling off and contaminating, sealing treatment is required. Common sealing methods include hot water sealing and coating sealing.

Post-processing:
1. Cleaning: Clean the electrolytic cell fluid and residual sealing agent.
2. Drying: Dry in a drying box.
3. Inspection: Check the oxide layer to confirm its thickness and quality.
