Nickel plating process

Nickel plating is a process of covering nickel metal on the surface of other metals or non-metals, mainly through electrolysis or chemical methods. This process can improve the corrosion resistance, aesthetics, hardness and wear resistance of the substrate.

Nickel plating processes are mainly divided into two types: electroless nickel plating and chemical nickel plating.

2. Electroless nickel plating: Also known as electroless nickel plating, it can also be called autocatalytic nickel plating. Generally, the alloy coating obtained by electroless nickel plating is Ni-P alloy and Ni-B alloy.
