Equipment:
The production of bent parts mainly relies on bending machines and cutting machines. For large-diameter bent parts, a front-end cutting machine may be needed to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the cut parts.
material selection:
Different materials are suitable for different bending processes. Generally, materials with stable processing performance and good quality are selected. For example, iron is suitable for smaller bending angles and simple shapes, aluminum is used for high-precision, large-angle bending parts, and stainless steel is difficult to process but is suitable for products with high precision requirements.
